Main features and advantages:

  • All the needed parameters can be displayed. The display is accessible after a shift away of the metal cover of the deactivator unit. Individual parameters can be adjusted very precisely, with very fine resolution, because of the push buttons that are used for this operation (no DIP switch and no trimmers).
  • All the important data needed for parameters setting is printed on the cover of the deactivator unit. Hence, the deactivator setting is performed very quickly with the combination of the display and the push buttons, without using special measuring devices (scope).
  • There are 2 working modes in the sensitivity detection setting: manual and automatic. Optimal gain setting could be slow-paced in the manual setting in case of rapidly changing noise. However, in case of the automatic mode, the deactivator electronic circuit constantly monitors the environment and provides the gain setting on the level, which ensures optimal detection and deactivation of a paper label.
  • The possibility to set up transmitting frequency in the range 7,5 – 8,7MHz with a step of 0,01 MHz. Thus, it is possible to optimise the minimal and maximal transmitting frequency to paper label frequency range during its detection/deactivation. This feature not only increases the reliability of the paper label deactivation, but also in case of suitable setting, it is possible to deactivate paper labels which are out of the standard frequency range.
  • In case of synchronization by mains the delay setting is simple and precise, because the parameter is adjusted digitally with a very fine resolution – a step of 20 us. As a result, it is possible to install more deactivators without the necessity of their synchronization by wire, that means without bilateral interference and without interference of IRD systems in case of their multiple installation as well.
  • Synchronization by mains is provided by a power supply, so there is no need of additional inputs connecting by wires. As a result, the deactivator installation is simpler and faster.
  • It is possible to adjust the internal sweeping frequency on the deactivator in a wide range (30,0 – 300,0Hz) and with a fine resolution (0,5Hz). As a result it is possible to install it close to RF mono systems from different producers, because we can set the internal sweeping frequency, which affects them only negligibly. Also in regard to the wide frequency range, we can adjust very high internal sweeping frequency, which increases the speed of paper label deactivation.
  • The default setting of the deactivator parameters ensures that it is possible to install it close to IRD Mono systems and they will not observably affect each other.
  • The deactivator energy consumption is very low (only 3,6W including the power supply in case of maximal deactivator power and sweeping frequency of 50 Hz). The IRD Mono system uses the same type of a power supply. In regard to the very low energy consumption of both devices (IRD Mono system and IRD deactivator), they can be powered by just one power supply 15V AC 0,6A.
  • CE certified.
